Group Meditation Schedule

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:10 pm and 8:25 am respectively at Uplift Yoga.
These classes are held twice a week and focus on meditating as a group. Pranayama, metta, nidra, and mindfulness are just some of the meditative paths we used collectively as a group.

Workshop Schedule

Workshops in meditation, mindfulness,  and hypnotherapy are currently being scheduled.
